We have recently installed a new, more efficient heating and water system with twin tanks (I hate running out of hot water!) so the showers are excellent and the house is warm. All of our seven guest rooms are ensuite with shower, toilet and wash hand basin and we have been adding LCD TVs over the last year. Keys are provided for unlimited access to your room to allow you to come and go as you please. The guest rooms are cleaned every day and supplies replenished, if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable just ask. From the breakfast room and three of the bedrooms you have an excellent view of the City Skyline from Arthurs Seat and Calton Hill to the spires of the churches and monuments, Edinburgh Castle and over to the ski slope on the Braid Hills. Our house is on two excellent bus routes into town as well as to Ocean Terminal at Leith, the Playhouse Theatre, Kings Theatre and Festival Theatre.
